This collection contains a variety of studies in Jewish philosophy, dedicated in honor of Rabbi Dr. Aharon Lichtenstein, winner of the Israel Prize for Jewish Religious Literature for 2014. The first part deals with the cultural work and thought of Rav Lichtenstein, who has left his mark on both the "society of learners" and the religious Zionist sector in Israel and on modern Orthodoxy abroad. Three studies outline the philosophy of the Rosh Yeshiva of "Har Etzion", for whom academia and Talmud Torah are integrated. The second part of the book includes studies in Jewish thought through the ages, including in Lithuanian Kabbalah.
