The copyright in the books of Bar-Ilan University Press is reserved to Bar-Ilan University Press. One may not reproduce, copy, quote, in writing, print, digital or other media without written permission.

Copying excerpts from books published by Bar-Ilan University requires prior written approval. For approval for the use of excerpts from the books of Bar-Ilan University Press, please contact the publishing secretariat. Please specify the book from which you wish to copy, and the page numbers. The name of the publication in which you intend to use the copied passages must be specified, the name of the publisher and its address. The number of copies in which the book containing the copied passages will be printed must be indicated. The publisher undertakes to indicate in the footnotes Bar-Ilan University Press as the first place of publication, and the year in which the book was published. Upon publication of the book, the applicant undertakes to provide Bar-Ilan University Press with one copy of the book free of charge.
